We regularly run Nutrition Seminars which offer practical, easily implemented improvements to your diet and lifestyle.
These seminars are group sessions, for around fifteen people. They take around two or three hours and have had fantastic feedback. The sessions include information on diet structure and the benefits of good nutrition and are packed with tips and practical advice on how to make and keep to a sensible diet plan which works for you. It’s all about choices and choosing to be in control of your life and your diet.
