It’s the news you have all been waiting for!
We are now officially taking enquiries for our first weekend residential! The residential will be taking place over the weekend between 8th-10th July 2011. So start booking it off now! We will be hosted, accommodated and healthily fed by the Crosby Lakeside Adventure Training Centre, who will also provide the 12 hours of adventure training you can expect from this weekend.
You will also be treated to a variety of fitness sessions over the course of the weekend, as well as nutrition workshops to help prepare your mind for how best to find your own nutrition solutions going forwards!
You will arrive and be welcomed on the Friday night, enjoying 2 nights stay and 2 full days of activities before completing the residential on Sunday afternoon. The residential is great boost to your knowledge, inspiration for your active lifestyles and motivation to make the changes required for a happier, healthier you, as well as an opportunity to meet likeminded people and make some great and supportive friends!
There are limited spaces available so places will be limited to a first come first served basis, with any enquiries after the first 35 being added to a reserve list.
The weekend residential is priced at only £495 which includes everything from accommodation and food, to workshops, training sessions and adventure training. Bioticfit members will receive a 20% discount saving them £99 from the total cost at £396.
To be considered for a place on the residential weekend, you must email email@example.com committing your interest. Please title the email with your full name. The first 35 will be notified of their successful application whilst the rest will be notified of their reserve status.
Successful applicants will then be given a notice period to transfer the full amount to the details given, with anyone missing that notice dropping from the list.
Deadline for applicants will be Friday 1st July 2011 at 1200 hours (but remember, there are only 35 places so express your interest now!) Good luck keepfitters!
