The bioticGYM 10 WEEK TRANSFORMATION is a 10 week fitness programme run from the bioticGYM in Stockport.
The programme includes –
Initial one to one consultation
Personal body analysis
One to one fitness assessment
Personalised nutrition one to one
Ongoing dietary guidance
10 week training programme, which includes;
3 individual gym training sessions per week
3 circuit, strength and conditioning classes per week
1 rest day per week

WHO IS THE COURSE FOR?
Our training courses, classes and bioticGYM are tailored for everyone. Yes, they are demanding and challenging but always achievable and you will always be under the watchful eye of our coaches.
WHEN DOES IT START?
This 10 week course starts on Monday 5th January 2015 and finishes 15th March 2015, just in time for the Sunshine!
HOW DO I BOOK?

WHEN CAN I TRAIN?
The bioticGYM is open from 6.30am – 9pm during the week and 8am – 4pm at weekends and you can train, without booking, at your convenience! The sessions take between 35 minutes and an hour so don’t have to affect your daily routine too much, meaning you can fit it all in with relative ease.
Our full class timetable can be found on our website www.bioticfit.com and last one hour. Again, no need to book, just show up and we’ll get you started!
We have achieved huge success with every individual that has stuck with our training plans – because this is no ordinary gym, as you’re about to find out! It’s a fitness community which you will become part of, with coaches who will constantly assist you just like you were doing personal training… without the cost!
A before and after shot is not everyone’s cup of tea, but we are happy to do one in order to show you just how much progress you are making. We will run an assessment at the end of the 5th week to show you your progress mid way through your course to keep you motivated to push on towards your ultimate success!
NEW TIMETABLE LAUNCH
As ever, we have reviewed our classes over the past year and will be making a few changes based on those observations going into 2015.
Winton Park, Salford – Saturday 10am class will become 9.30am class.
Crossford Bridge, Sale – Wednesday and Friday class will now be slightly later at 6.15pm to allow time for arrival . We will be closing the Monday night class and the Wednesday 7.30pm option but will be opening a weekend option (time/day TBC)
bioticGYM, Stockport – CSC classes Monday, Wednesday, Friday will now all be slightly earlier, 7pm. Saturday morning will be slightly later at 9am.
Abney Hall Park, Cheadle – Condensing to a single weekend session which will be 10am Sunday (closing Saturday)
Running club – We have decided to massively expand our running club timetable to fit with the demand, as well as make our progressive training plan public.
